Returns and Exchanges on AVIRO garments

RETURNS POLICY

Covid-19 shipping update: our postal provider may be experiencing delays as a result of the global impact of Covid-19. This means your parcel may take longer to reach you than normal. We thank you for your patience and if you have any concerns please contact us.

Please note we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on face masks unless they are faulty.

We take quality control seriously but if for some reason you think a faulty product has sneakily slipped under our radar, please contact us support@avirowear.com within 30 days so we can sort it out.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your new AVIRO garments, ultimately the decision on size and style is up to you as a customer. We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t go to plan.

Full price item(s) are valid for return within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately the item(s) will not be accepted.

Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

 

Returns within Australia or New Zealand

 If you are within Australia or New Zealand, you can return your product for;

  • A full refund credited back to your credit card or PayPal account, whichever was used to make the original purchase.
  • Exchange your item(s) for a different size or colour in the same range.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Please email returns@avirowear.com and notify us of your order number and intended return or exchange.
  • We will provide you with returns form to fill out. This will enable us to process your request promptly.
  • Send us the item(s), the proof of purchase and completed returns form to;

Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, the shipping cost is not covered by AVIRO. However, the postage cost to send your exchange back to you will be covered by us.

We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method as AVIRO will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. We will not refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product shipped to you.

 

Returns on International Orders

For international orders you can return your item(s) for;

  • A full refund credited back to your credit card or PayPal account, whichever was used to make the original purchase.

We are not able to offer exchanges for international orders at this time unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
