What happens if my parcel hasn’t arrived?  

If you believe your parcel has been lost please contact our courier provider by checking your confirmation email for tracking details. 

The team at AVIRO work hard to deliver orders within the given timeframes. Postal delays are out of our control and unfortunately refunds or cancellations are not permitted if the shipment arrival times exceed the estimated times outlined.
