PM2.5 Filter HeiQ Viroblock Face Mask

AVIRO PM2.5 filter mask has the same unique qualities as our AVIRO mask, whereas they are constructed with the three layer system and engineered with HeiQ Viroblock fabric protection. The extra element to this mask is that it has a slot face side in which the PM2.5 filers are placed.

PM2.5 filters are disposable inserts made up of two layers of melt-blown material and one layer of activated carbon, offering excellent filtration efficiency.

What is melt-blown?
Has electrostatic properties capturing microscopic particulates such as chemicals, soil, smoke, dust or allergens. There are two layers in every filter.

What is activated carbon?
Traps particulates via a process called adsorption, it also serves as an antibacterial. There is one layer in every filter.

Disposable PM2.5 filters are flat, taking up less space than standard respirators. They can be used continuously for 16-24 hours (around 1-2 weeks of occasional use), or whenever it becomes harder to draw a breath.

DESCRIPTION

Standard face masks can be a dangerous surface for viruses and bacteria. When you touch the mask (pick it up, take it off or adjust it on your face) there is a risk of transferring pathogens.

Due to the self sanitizing nature of the anti-bacterial treatment on the fabric, AVIRO face masks need not be washed daily.
We recommend washing after approximately 20 hours of use or if it gets visibly dirty. Wash in gentle wash in laundry bag in 30℃ and below. Light detergent & no fabric softener.

Light detergent & no fabric softener. Cold machine wash, do not bleach or use fabric softeners, hang to drip dry in shade, do not iron or dry clean.
